Auditions announced for “Rex’s Exes”

The Bay St. Louis Little Theatre announces auditions for its upcoming comedy “Rex’s Exes” by comedy writers Jones, Hope, and Wooten. The Little Theatre has performed previous comedies by the writers to sold out audiences. The show opens on June 9th. The show is set in Texas and is described as a “southern-fried comedy farce.” The comedy includes the Verdeen cousins, the planning of a surprise birthday party, and an unplanned funeral that is crashed by a bounty hunter who is looking for who else – Rex! The show has been described as an explosion of funny! There are roles available for 3 male and 8 female adults of all ages. Every show usually includes new actors with veteran actors. All are welcome to the auditions. The audition will require cold readings from the script. Auditions are scheduled for Tuesday, March 28 at 7pm, Wednesday, March 29 at 7pm, and Saturday, April 1 at 2:30pm. Auditions are at the Little Theatre located at 398 Blaize Avenue.
